Its a wonderful Wednesday morning here in Cleveland, Ohio...and all my family can talk about is the fantastic camper we bought from your dealership and specifically Evan Shepard. Buying online is not a very easy process, but Evan was patient and got us all the information my husband & I needed to make a long distance decision. There were no unexpected surprises which made this purchase even better. The pricing was more than competitive and the unit is beautiful! Service installed the sway control and weight (thingy doo) in a very timely manner. Kurt did a fantastic job of showing us around the unit- he even took the time to go over some FIRST TIME RV OWNER to do’s and not to do’s. After the long windy 6 hour ride to our seasonal campsite – WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO HOOK UP TO OUR NEW SITE! Our 8 year old twins were so “pumped” that they had their own bunks! SIMPLE AND EASY – WELL WORTH THE DRIVE (especially since there is an RV dealer 4 miles from our house!)
