| RV World of Michigan opened its doors in June 2004 as a branch location to our main dealership, TerryTown RV Superstore in Grand Rapids. Our dealer family has been serving the West Michigan market for well over 30 years. |

| Although we are share the same ownership as TerryTown, our sales staff and product lineup are completely separate. Our eight bay service center serves as the pre-delivery inspection facility for both RV World and TerryTown. Here, we inspect all new vehicles before their new owners take delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction. All other service work is performed down the street in TerryTown's service center. Dividing our facilities this way enables our employees to work more efficiently, helps us deliver vehicles more quickly, and reduces overall turnaround time for service even at the peak of the busy season.
